Eunice Mae Riggins November 25, 1946 - December 10, 2019

Eunice Riggins, of Augusta, at Unity Health White County Medical Center in Searcy, at the age of 73. She was born in Fitzhugh to John Dale Riggins and Willie Edna Gillespie and attended the Augusta School System.

Over the years, Eunice was employed by local factories. She was also employed as a bartender for several years.

Her parents, two sisters: Mercia Woods and Eloise Strickland all preceded Eunice in death. Survivors are: her daughter Barbara Blackmon, four grandchildren: Monique Anderson, Antwan Sullivan, Marcus Sullivan and Tasha Desha Sullivan; six great-grandchildren: Nikayla, unique, Dynasty, Marcus, Antwan and Sy’Mere; a special niece Brenda Riggins, a special friend Gladys Williams and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 21 at Holy Ghost Academy Church of God in Christ in Augusta, with Reverend Robert Gibbs officiating. Interment took place at New Quiet Cemetery in Augusta by Branscumb Johnson & Gilchrest Funeral Home of Brinkley.
