Delorise Mae Dean June 25, 1926 - January 2, 2020

Delorise Dean, of Clarendon, passed away at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, at the age of 93.

She was born in Clarendon to the late James H. and Bessie Shown Dean. She spent her entire life in Clarendon, retiring from Stuttgart Shoe Co. in Stuttgart to care for her mother. She was a talented seamstress and spent many hours making clothes for herself and her family.

She survived by her brothers; Roy Dean of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Fred Dean of Cabot, three sisters; Betty Sharp of Wauchula, Florida, Joy Smith of Auburndale, Florida, and Connie Hodge of Clarendon. She will be greatly missed by all of her devoted family. Delorise will be remembered by her loving family as a very caring daughter, sister, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held on January 7 at Shady Grove Cemetery in Clarendon. Arrangements were made by Bob Neal & Sons of Clarendon.
