Robert Earl Scott

Mr. Robert Earl Scott was born June 10, 1968 in Temple, TX to the late Hosie Samuel Scott & Earnestine Statewright Scott. He departed this life on Sunday, July 23, 2023.

Along with his parents, Robert is also preceded in death by his sister, Anna Scott-Porter.

After graduating from Clarendon High School, Robert went on to serve his country in the United States Navy. After four years of decorated service, he was honorably discharged from duty and went on to serve as a postal worker and later as a mental health technician.

He leaves to cherish his memory, children Robin L. Brewster of Clarendon, AR; Lela N. Scott of San Diego, CA; Madison P. Scott of Nash, TX; Robert E. Scott, Jr. of Tallahassee, FL and Savannah G. Scott of Auburn, Alabama; two brothers Samuel Scott (Christina) of Little Rock, AR and Theran John Scott (Rachel) of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by Nasha Scott, his beloved life partner of 23 years; treasured nieces and nephews Jamell, Kendall, Brandon, LaDajah, and Del’a; one grandson, Zayden and a great host of relatives and friends.

Public Memorial Service was held 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 29, 2023 at United Missionary Baptist Church, 139 Old Military Rd in Conway, AR.

Interment to be held 12:00 pm, Friday, August 4, 2023 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR.
