Lyne Christopher Holloway November 21, 1967 - January 7, 2020

Lyne Holloway, of Des Arc, died at Helena Regional Medical Center in West Helena, at the age of 52. Lyne was born in Des Arc to Doyle F. Holloway and Mae Bell Butler-Holloway. He attended the Des Arc Public Schools and was a 1986 graduate of Des Arc High School.

He was a lifelong member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Des Arc.

Lyne was a former employee of Pilot Truck Services in Lonoke for several years. He worked with truck tires and was a mechanic for large trucks.

His parents and a sister, Mary Frances Holloway, preceded Lyne in death. Survivors are: two sons: Derrick Holloway of Jacksonville; and DeAngelo Holloway of Harrisburg; five daughters: Dalisha Holloway of Houston, TX; Tiffany Tate, Jaden Tate and Dayunda Holloway all of Lonoke; and Kierra Holloway of Little Rock; one brother David Holloway of Jacksonville; and four sisters: Annie Mae (Reverend Darcell) Morris and Priscilla Holloway-Eddings both of Chicago, Ill; Barbara Holloway and Joan (Robert) Scott both of Des Arc; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18 at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Des Arc, with Reverend Russell Penn, Jr. officiating. Interment will be private by Branscumb Johnson & Gilchrest Funeral Home of Brinkley. Pallbearers were: Tony McGhee, Richard Daniels, Walter Daniels, Wayne Loving, Leland Robinson Sr. and Miles Harshaw.
