Gary Bert Quinn January 10, 1949 - February 4, 2020

Gary Quinn, of Hunter, passed away surrounded by family at his home, at the age of 71. Gary was born on in Brinkley to the late James Harper Quinn and Mary Roberts Quinn.
One of Gary's passions in life was traveling all over the country with his band, Happy Sounds, playing the drums as an evangelistic musician. Gary was a sweet, loving man who enjoyed to listen to the radio and to go fishing for whatever would bite the hook.
Most of all, though, he loved his family dearly. His wife, Betty, along with all his grand and great-grandchildren were the most precious to him. He was loved by all those that had the pleasure to know him.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents; his twin Ethel Bert, and four other brothers, W.A, Alvie, Earl, and Charles; along with one sister, Juanita Randall. Those remaining to cherish his memory are Betty Quinn, wife of almost 20 years; two sons, Gary (Beverly) Quinn, Timothy (Sharlene) Quinn; one daughter, Tabitha (Jimmy) Williams; three step-children, Kelly (Tammy) Hutchison, Kenneth (Tammy) Hutchison, and Sondra (Bill) Smith; four brothers, Tennie (late Edith), Avain (Sue), William (Nellie), and Billy Joe Quinn; and one sister Mary Ann (James) Daugherty, along with twelve grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
Burial was at Oaklawn Cemetery. Services by Fowler Funeral Home.
