February 27, 2020

Kassius Eph, 3-month-old infant son of Undrea Brown, died at his home in Jacksonville.

Kassius was born at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock to Undrea Brown. “Kash”, as he was lovingly called by his mother, was a very happy and healthy baby. He rarely ever cried or raised a fuss about anything. And even though he had only been blessed to be in this world a short time, he was definitely loved by all of those who had the opportunity to meet him. He had even begun to talk and coo, which was something his mom and grandparents truly enjoyed.

His maternal great grandfathers: Melvin Jones, Jr. and Bobby Brown, Sr. both preceded him in death. Survivors are: his mother, two brothers: Hayden Brown and Torien Anderson, both of Jacksonville; maternal grandparents: Undre’ Brown, of Carlisle; and Tamatha (Roosevelt) Jones-Wilson, of Jacksonville; his maternal great grandparents: Maxine Jones, of Biscoe; and Faye Brown, of Carlisle; his uncles: LeDre’ Brown, and Thomas Lee Jones ,both of Jacksonville; Vernon R. Jones, of Biscoe; and Bobby Brown, Jr., of Little Rock; his aunts: Desiree Jones and Cassandra Harris, both of Carlisle; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held on Friday, February 21 at St. Paul Upper Hill Cemetery in Biscoe, with Reverend Jerry Saxton officiating. Professional services provided by Branscumb Johnson & Gilchrest Funeral Home of Brinkley.
