Leoncio "Layo" Flores October 14, 1998 - March 19, 2020

Leoncio Flores, of Clarendon, passed away at the age of 21. He was born on in Mapastepec, Mexico. He was simply known as Layo by all who knew and loved him. He made his home in Clarendon. He received education through the public schools, graduating from Clarendon High School in 2017. With a desire to continue his education, he attended a total of 2 years combined at Southern Arkansas University Tech and later Southeast Arkansas College.
Layo was raised in the Christian faith and as a child, attended the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. In the working world, he was employed with Highland Pallets in Pine Bluff for a year before securing a position at Walmart in Stuttgart. He loved to work, and in his spare time enjoyed cooking and being around family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Leoncio Zavala Osorio and Sara Flores Garcia, grandparents, Urvano Flores Diaz, Roberto Zavala Martinez; and sister, Citlaly Zavala Flores.

Funeral was Thursday, March 19 at Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home in Clarendon.
