Lisa Diann Myers January 9, 1958 - March 22, 2020

Lisa Wheeler Myers, of Fayetteville, passed away at the age of 62 of a heart attack at her home. She was born to Ira & Betty Wheeler at Mercy Hospital in Brinkley. Lisa was diligent to complete her RN degree and served as a nurse for several years. She suffered a back injury that required her to work from home as a telephone support nurse for several years. She enjoyed traveling as a nurse in many states including Hawaii. She was happiest when she was with family, knitting, reading and enjoying her grandchildren. There was nothing she couldn’t accomplish given the opportunity.

Preceding her in death were her father, Ira O’Neal Wheeler; mother, Betty Reba Simpson Fisher; sons, Caleb Oxner and Jordan Myers. Survivors are her son, Austin Oxner and wife, Ashley; grandchildren, Hendrix (5) and Iris (1) of Fayetteville, and Oliver Oxner (6) of Jacksonville, Florida; a sister, Pat Wonn (David), of North Little Rock, and Shelley Banks Wallace, Kayla Hollowell Dixon & Kolby Hollowell, who were considered family.
