Keith Glen Vinson June 17, 1959 – April 3, 2020

Keith Vinson, of Wheatley, passed away at the Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 60. He was the firstborn child of Robert and Martha Jean (Acree) Vinson and was later welcomed by a little sister, Angela. The family home was located in Wheatley, where Keith received formal education, graduating with the high school class of 1977.
As a young man, Keith became a dad to Jeffery and they shared in many adventures through life. In time he received the added joy of daughter-in-law, Desiree, and three grandchildren. His love of family and times spent together made many memories to be cherished throughout the years. In the course of life, Keith began to know the importance of a relationship with Jesus Christ. This led him to the Church of God, located in Bald Knob. He accepted Christ as his personal Saviour, and was baptized October 12, 2008. As a faithful member for the past 12 years, he served as Sunday School Superintendent. He also served as a leader in the CPMA program, a marking program in The Church of God, designed to tell the story of Christ, his church and his mission. Keith greatly enjoyed times of fellowship with his church family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lawrence Vinson. He is survived by his mother, Martha Vinson; son, Jeffery Vinson and wife, Desiree, of Beebe; sister, Angela Pierce, of Wheatley; three grandchildren, Hailey Vinson, Jamie Vinson, and Blaze Beard.
Memorial services will be at a later date by Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home in Brinkley.
