SIDEWALK CHALK ART CONTEST WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

Voting has ended and the count is in. The winners of the Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest, co-sponsored by the Bank of Brinkley, are:

1st Place ($25): Kirkley Ann Rawls & Sarah Cate Bryant, from Helena-West Helena, pictured with Haley Caldwell of Bank of Brinkley (photo 1) and by their artwork (photo 4).

2nd Place ($15): Marley Kay Sheffer, from Wheatley, pictured with Jennifer Martin of Bank of Brinkley (photo 2) and with her artwork (photo 5).

3rd Place ($10): Maddox, Hudson & Beckett Hoggatt, from Brinkley, pictured with Jennifer Martin of Bank of Brinkley (photo 3) and with their artwork (photo 6 - note all the bricks they colored).

These artists picked up their prize money, provided by the Monroe County Herald, at the Bank of Brinkley this week. The bank co-sponsored this contest. There were 10 entries that were posted to our website and facebook page for voting. People could vote there or email us with their selection.

We hope everyone enjoyed be creative and are looking forward to doing more contests in the future.
