Sandra Margaret Aker Lovell September 16, 1949 - November 10, 2019

Sandra Lovell, of Clarendon, passed away at the age of 70. Born in Stuttgart, she was the third born child of Howard Raymond and Lotus Lindsey Aker. The family made their home in Ulm and Sandra received early education in the nearby community of Roe. She went on to continue her education receiving her diploma from Clarendon High School.

Sandra was married for 32 years to James Lovell and was blessed to become the mother of two daughters. As a skilled seamstress she loved making things for the girls and helping out with parties at school when they were young. She also enjoyed flea markets, yard sales, and having one of her own from time to time.

Sandra was retired from Cla-Clif Nursing Home in Brinkley where she worked as a C.N.A. She previously worked at the Van Heusen Shirt Factory in Brinkley, as well as the Monroe and Company Shoe Factory and J&M Restaurant, both located in Clarendon. She attended worship at the Church of Christ in Clarendon. For the last forty-nine years she has enjoyed the friendships gained through her church family.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Howard and Lotus Aker; one brother, Ronnie Aker, and sisters, Barbara McCurley, and Beverly Hayes. She is survived by daughters Teresa Stanalker, and husband David, of Cabot, and Jenny Lammers, and husband Brandon, of Holly Grove; brother Lynn Aker, and wife Marci, of Clarendon; four grandchildren, Anna Caitlin Dorman, Caleb Dorman and wife Kaila, Callie Morgan and husband Trey, Shelby Lammers and wife Jalen; five great grandchildren, Aubriana and Meili Dorman, Paisley Lammers, Tucker and Abigail Morgan.

Graveside service was on November 13 at Shady Grove Cemetery in Clarendon. Arrangements were by Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home in Clarendon.
