Martha Harris March 30, 1957 – September 22, 2020

Martha Harris, 63, of Brinkley passed away at the Unity Health White County Medical Center in Searcy at the age of 63. She was born in Fargo to Jessie J. Harris and Erma Briscoe Harris.

She accepted Christ in her life at an early age at Union Baptist Church in Fargo. Martha was employed as a certified nursing assistant at the Des Arc Nursing and Rehab Center in Des Arc.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Harris; and her brother, Curtis Harris. Survivors are her mother, Erma Jean Harris, of Fargo; one son, Rodriques Harris, of Little Rock; three daughters, Shermeka Coleman, of Dallas, TX, LaKeshia Harris, of Irvin, TX, and Tanshia Harris, of Dallas, TX; two brothers, Othell (Donna) Harris, and Cleodis (Sheree) Harris, both Brinkley; two sisters, Linda Morrison, of Brinkley and Tonya Harris, of Fargo; nine grandchildren, Kenny Smith Jr., Robneka McElroy, Shamaiya Terrell, Danetria Brown, Jadrick Harris, Zhakyrah Chambers, Steven Brown Jr., Jameka, DaDraques Harris and Devin Harris; three great-grandchildren, Taylor Offord, Kelynn Brown, and Saniah Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There was a public walk-through viewing October 3, 2020 at Union Baptist Church in Fargo, and funeral services followed. Interment was at the Macedonia Cemetery in Fargo. McNeal Coleman Funeral Home of Brinkley had charge of arrangement.
